Zwar bestehen in solchen Beziehungen oft gegenseitige Unterst\u00fctzungsleistungen, sie sind rechtlich aber nicht mit Ehe oder eingetragener Partnerschaft gleichgesetzt und m\u00fcssen sorgf\u00e4ltig gepr\u00fcft werden. Der Kurs vermittelt die gesetzlichen Grundlagen und beleuchtet deren Anwendung mit Fokus auf Konkubinatsfragen.
